I have a passion for working out. Working out allows me to be fit for my extra-curricular activities. I have been a group fitness fanatic for many years. I love taking all types of classes. My vision of fitness has evolved as I have been exposed to different formats. My goal as an instructor is to make sure all my participants feel success during a workout. Working out by your self is hard so commit to coming to class, enjoy it and comeback again. Get addicted to endorphins.

I love being with my husband. I love the outdoors. I love whitewater rafting in the summer and skiing in the winter. I enjoy mountain and road biking along with hiking and backpacking. I love the mountains but I have a special place in my heart for the deserts of Utah. (Hey, I'm a white girl in the desert so give me the sunblock with spf 45.) I loving reading when time allows. My favorite time of year is winter because I love to ski and I can wear all my way cool coats.
