Ha!! Im filming again nxt week, twice! Im covering pump loads over the nxt week, i still feel a full resubmission was a bit tight! Still, what can you do!!

Do you have a good time? I wish you a great weakend! I started with Taekwon Do, for two mounth ago, and the gradiation is next weakend. The instructer tell that I have no problem with it, but I do take this extra lessons for master the basic as early as possible:-D. And learn the realax/power in the moves good enouth. And the whey to do the blocks (whey's to handle the arm's at the start to end). In karate wos not that a isiue.. And capoeira wos not that a includede;-).. You know what I thinking of...
