first u need to know that all training here in morocco is in french not in english. and for the federation u can register on it if u come here it's so easy but they just organize some training days from time to time in freestyle classes. but if u r working here for a club like mine u can do initial training for les mills programs. for more informations just call me if u want, here is my number: +21274550004

Body Attack is a great program. I also teach Body Pump, Body FLow, and Body Combat. Its a great conditioning combination. How are things in your part of Saudi. I grew up in Bermuda and now live in Maryland U.S.A.
