I know we didn't get to really catch up, but I was excited just to see you all the same! I understand you having to leave, but you missed out on a good after party for sure! And no Buffalos for this gal... I may not be so lucky next time :o)

I definitely enjoyed my first quarterly and I plan on coming back for more. A summer one would be great, like a mini vacay... Hope to see you at my next one! Keep rockin' out at your new gym!!!

I too am in love with 50! I can't wait to see what they do at Super Q for it and to launch it at our gyms.

Hooray you're going to be at Super Q!!! I haven't heard of any others from our group going yet, but I'm hoping we'll still see some of them there.

And congrats on opening your own place! That is AWESOME! You'll have to tell me all about it when I see you in about 4 days... AHHHH!!!

LOL Hey Jen, I had to really think about it. I shouldn't have requested that. I was a little too keen as we have haven't even released 50 till the end of August here in NZ.

I was lucky enough to be at the workshop as if was a national GFX and 50 was filmed then.. Off the chain, but I should wait till 51 does come out.. but doesn't hurt to ask lol

Hi! I totally agree about Flow 27. Every time I go back thru old Flow releases in my classes they ask to do 27. I love Train Wreck, the Sugababe's warmup {I never tire of this song} and Into The West is absolutely beautiful.
I'm teaching 37 this week. I've not done this one in a good while and its been fun revisiting it again.
