My name is Brent McLemore and I am a US National Trainer for BODYATTACK and BODYSTEP. I also work with the Les Mills West Coast Agency in San Francisco, CA as a Club Coach. I have a great passion for Les Mills and what the company represents and sets out to achieve.

UPDATE-------

Amazing round of Quarterlies this time around. It was awesome to get over to the Mid-West and see some familiar faces. The IHRSA convention and West Coast Q's went off without a hitch. Now the prep begins to do it all over again and it is going to be huge in June.

First up, I will be over to Mid-Atlantic sharing the BS stage with the one and only Mark Nuu himself. Then, it is back over to Santa Clara, CA for our first Mega Quarterly for the West Coast on June 13th with all the Program Directors from New Zealand. If you have not booked yet, go to the web-site under West Coast and reserve your spot or give our West Coast Agency a call. It is going to be an event to remember and then some. We will hope to see you there.

From there, it is off to Can-Fit Pro in August followed by the IDEA convention in Anaheim, CA. I will hope to see you all out on the scene and keep up the great work out there leading the Les Mills culture and changing lives one class at a time.
