Update 11/5/2007:

I just finished BodyAttack training - whew! Darren and Andree were terrific trainers. Lots of work, but lots of fun too. Next step - certification!

After taking a step class in 2001, the instructor approached me and asked if I had ever considered teaching Group Fitness. I said yes, and here I am today.

Since then I've certified for step, yoga, pilates, kickboxing, and personal training. But the best certification I've achieved yet is Bodypump in 2003. I already had a regular weight training routine in the gym, so I went into the training for the sole purpose of teahing a class or 2. Bodypump is now a part of my weight training regimen. The program is terrific, and the people I've met at the quarterlys are great.

I'm looking forward to my next certification - maybe Bodyattack, maybe Bodyflow.

Marjorie	Hey Jeff! I'm Michael's crazy BodyPump buddy in Atlanta, GA. Thanks for sending me an email warning me how toughh Attack training would be. It's Thursday after my training weekend and I'm just getting over the soreness. My calves were killing me all weekend, and I was so tired on Saturday night that I do not know how I got through Sunday. I still have "Everybody's Free" stuck in my head....
