Hope you are well. Have you received your new releases yet? BB42 is different not really fond of this release as a whole others have been much better. BS73 is brilliant as is BP67.
Have you had or about to have a birthday noticed a rise in your age, can only mean one thing you either have had or about to have a birthday, either way hope it was good. HAPPY BIRTHDAY FROM ME TO YOU.

Yes, darling, we shall Flow together! although I've hurt my knee. I'm only going to do Vive and Flow at Quarterly now. :( Was signed up to do quite a bit more.

Hope all is well. We just recently had our 2nd quarterly, it was early (this one always is) due to Sydney holding the biggest Fitness convention in Australia in April,known as Filex '08. Anyway BS, BB and BP are all good this time around especially BB and BS. BB has a wonderful warmup, sun sals are so different from what we're used to but I love it and it's almost 7.5 mins long, standing strength, had better, balance is testing, hip openers don't look like much until you do them, abs well all I can say is wow. Still to learn the rest only presented half the class this week the rest next week.

How's things? Hope you are well. HOw are your members enjoying BS 70, it's an awesome release and BS 71 is looking good too. Released the first 6 tracks last night and members loved it especially track 5, track 6 is full on will be learning the rest of the release this weekend for Monday night. BB/BF40 is absolutely beautiful I personally like this better than 39 didn't like the music for tracks 1 and 2 in 39 got used to it but just didn't put me in the right mood for the rest of the class.
