I love Body Vive....as i have been instructing vive for the past few years i have noticed that people tend to shy away from the class if they see an older person in the gf room.........well i want to say... its what you make of it!! you can turn it up and make body vive one of the best workouts you have ever had!! so everyone out there give it a try!! there are so many options to take your work out to the next level or even two........or keep it low!! its your workout..........its your call!!! come join me at fit now in weatherford!!

Thanks so much for your kind words! It's definitely been an intense journey... but I'm so grateful for it. And I absolutely love Les Mills... cannot wait to go to BodyAttack training!

How's things in Texas? My Pump trainer Brannon lives there... not sure what part. But I used to go to Dallas several times a year on business... love it there, and never met anyone who wasn't friendly!
