I feel so fortunate to have found this program. I owe many a thanks to the individuals who got me started. I am very passionate about teaching to my members.. I LOVE them! I teach Combat, Step, Attack, and my new newest program Pump! :) There is something uniquely different about them all and I enjoy sharing them so much.

Thanks to all my trainers-- Joella, Lisa, and Meg Smith! You all gave me something special to live by.
