As a former professional in the German sport Handball, I was always in fitness.

But since years I have become a real budypump fan. :-)

Working for an international company in the U.S., PA, I spend as mch time as time allows in the gym.

For sure, I do also have a lot of other activities I love (e.g. travelling, running, reading).
