I am personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist at Millennium Sports Club, El Dorado, Shingle Springs, California. I went to college and grad school in biological sciences and botany (the science of plants). Slight career turn and I now work with people and love it!

My nearest and dearest are my family: Duane, best friend and husband; Rory, my cookie-cutter princess; and Griff, my little Momma's boy. They have my heart.
