This is Reeshemah from Golds Gym in Greenbrook. It is nice to see you are still active as ever. We miss your energy at the gym teaching Jam and Step. Great to be with you this weekend! Attack was a blast. I LOVE that stuff...could do it ALL THE TIME! Think I have finally recovered.
Like what you had to say in your profile. I too am a gym rat and very proud of that fact! Les Mills rules the world!!!!
Sure to see you again. Woodbridge is one of my favorite clubs and the Les Mills family is big in this very small world.
