Hi heather!! I'm in portugal at the moment, I ended up having to come here after christmas, I've been launching the BODYJAM47 all over, a couple days after I got here i was invited to launch it at my towns club, and today I'm going to launch it with Matteo at his club, I'm pumped! The new BFlow is really good and strong! I was crazy sore the day after i tried it, but loved it. a little too fast but, oh well! how's everything over there?

Hey I just saw such a cute Jam-type shirt in Old Navy! It has long sleeves and ties at the front, it's like something you'd wear over the top of a tank. Would be very Jam-ish! :-)
