Your skills include: a comprehensive understanding of the 5 Key Elements (choreography, technique, coaching, connection, creating magic), an eye for detail, a conscientious and process driven work ethic, the ability to identify and develop the potential in others.

It is not necessary to submit a tape of yourself teaching at this time. Should your initial application be accepted, you will be asked to submit a video before being contracted by Les Mills.
*A university degree in a related field includes physiology, kinesiology, or other exercise sciences. Teaching or dance degrees do not qualify for exemption for ACE/AFAA)
