  Hi Susan, I'm a Body Vive instructor in the US (Northeast Region) and wanted to share with you that members really love this program & it's evolution from what is was to the current level! Plus it's so much fun! It is a struggle - not enough tubes / low participation numbers but I keep promoting the classes - program & provide motivation to participants. THANK YOU for all the work & devotion you put into Vive - it is such a great program!

  Hi Susan, Maybe this is the wrong forum, but I would like to ask the expert. I am having trouble with the timing of the movement in Standing Strength 1 on CXWORX release 8, any suggestions, the video does not seem to match the count in the booklet.

  Hi Susan! Just gotta say track 5 BV13 is the best track I've EVER seen!Pure brilliance... In fact the whole release is an absolute winner. (But was there ever any doubt? You are so consistently fabulous!)

  Hey Susan!!! This is a VERY belated thank you for the instensive training in Chicago. I really had a great time and learned more than I thought possible! You and Emma were great during the masterclass too. I finally got BV12 in the mail and I'm excited to bring it to my classes. I hope 13 went well, and we'd all like a little hint or two about it!!!!
