  Hey!! It was great to see you at the Quarterly yesterday! I'm glad you're teaching (and loving) Vive!!!! We're launching everything next week, so this week is gonna be crazy practicing--got lots of choreography to perfect!

  A floppy tube is NOT a sexy tube. I'm thinking of alliterative cues, such as "tube tension =tone!" or "bring braced balls!" "braced balls bring beauty?" "taut tubes transform triceps?" "Purple partners prefer perky!" Perhaps I should not think so much, hm? You are gonna rock the house this morning and I get to be there to see it. :D YAY!

  I'll admit, I'm having an AWESOME time with Vive and Pump right now. Is it bad that I don't really want to teach anything else? NAAAAHHHH... So how is your work going, girlie? When do you get to make your big debut? I'm so excited for you guys that you get to launch a whole new program together - I mean, how cool is that?!? Seriously though, now that the dust has settled, how are you feeling about all this? When in doubt, just don't forget how "bootylicious" you really are!!

  And fantastic you shall be! Just remember how you rocked your very first "teaching in front of real live people" experience and let everything flow from there. You KNOW you can do it...because you've already done it. :)

  Thanks, Sarah! I haven't started teaching yet--we don't have any other Vive teachers here, so I'm on my own just trying to learn the whole release. I may have to beg some of you Milwaukee gals to let me come and team teach with you a few times so I can get that requirement in!! Let me know when the launch is, I'd love to come and check it out!!

  Sarah, you are awesome!! Thanks man... I actually go solo for the first time on Monday, so I'm a little nervous, but excited too. I'll admit, I can't do Bootylicious without thinking about you (and throwing a little "Sarah" into the mix! It just seems RIGHT!!) So I'm going to go to the gym today between classes an practice my fanny off. Still not TOTALLY comfortable with this choreography stuff, but I'll get it! Baby steps, as they say!!! How are you doing, pretty lady? You know you have to tell me when you are taping and, if I'm not in Portland, I'll make the trek to be there! Fer real!

  SARAH~ You were Awesome! I taught Booty-licious today and told my class it was now "Sarah-Vive-A-Licious" in honor of an awesome new BodyVive instructor that let it RIP (in a good way) Loose in training. Awesome work and transformation, PLEASE keep me posted!
