If you are ever in the US like the State of Texas, especially in the Dallas/Ft.Worth Area, let me know, we would love to have you come over and Teach or Team Teach BodyJam Class with us at the North Arlington Gold's Gym.

Hey Kel, You have some cool pics, the one with the little girls, and w/ Mark & Gandalf. Is the pic with the water in Italy? How long have you been teaching BodyJam. My favorite program is BodyPump, I have been teaching it for 6 years now and loving every minute of it.

I remebered you sent me a message about you just got back from sydney super workshop last april... and you said to drop you a note if I'm goin' to Australia... Well, I might go there on the 23rd of August for an exam... I heard the Sudney super workshop is on the 26th of August... I thining of joining... Do you know how I could get in?

How are you? My life has been very busy, sorry reply you late. I am going to thru a big change with life right now, its hard for me to explain it here, but if I ever have chance to meet you in person, I will let you know what's up with my life these days, I am looking forward to visit Shanhai China next month, its been a while since last time seeing my parents, are you still planning visit Taiwan on Dec.? Nice to meet you, and thanks for your message which I only find out today, sorry man, anyway, personally I have a hard time to remember body jam, I would really much prefer teach attack, step, pump and balance. So what do you for living huh? Well if you ever come visit Taiwan, please do drop by in Kaohsiung my home town, but in the same time, I really dont know where am I gonna be, its because I am thinking to relocate myself, Taipei? China? Canada? I dont know yet..looking to hearing from you...take care!

Sexy huh - girls may get away with that but I am not sure if I could.

Love the new latin track and I hope they get some hiphop tracks in too.

Hopefully they can get some inspirations from Nelly Furtado's 'Say it Right' and Ciara's 'Like a Boy' videos. I love the dance routines in them.

I was thinking this morning - what about if they do a cheerleader inspired Body Jam track - and the track should be 'Oh Mickey' that would be a dag but funny track.

Hey Kel,

thanks for the offer I may take you up on it when I'm heading off to BrisVegas. Love the new Jam though I must admit this new release challenging fitness wise - though its so fun.

Talked to Amanda last nite (one of the master trainers and national presenter for Jam) and she tells me the next release would have a podium feel on it - I wonder what that is.
