Qualified To Teach

Hi my name is Affi and I'm a certified personal fitness trainer and a group exercise instructor through AFAA. I'm also a certified "BodyPump"
instructor and got trained for "body vive" and "BodyStep" and soon for "BodyFlow". I love each and every program that "Les Mills" offers and love to teach them all. I've studied Architecture but who wants to seat all day and design while I can dance and pump and feel like a rock star, instead!
I'm a dancer and love the inspiring music that "Les Mills" offers with each program, it brings a rocker out of me. Love the music.
Feels like shinning up on the stage like a star with every track of the music.
My other passion is yoga and I teach a few different style, love to teach "Body Flow".
Six facts about me:
I'm cool, love to have fun and enjoy my life, loooove to dance, have style and love to create a new one, love to be challenged, love to try new things and the new passion is latin dance.

Availability

Teaching "BodyPump", "bodyvive". Most mornings.
