I'm so glad that you came to my launch. I'm even more happy that you enjoy it. I think it's a great release. Also, thank you so much for spreading the word on my house. I met both Ashley and Jessica on Saturday and they seemed very hopeful. I REALLY hope everything falls into place. :)

Results are in not only did my sister in law go into labor on Thanksgiving I received my email from les mills saying PASS!! What a great Thanksgiving. I hope yours went well too. How is your Blood Pressure? Are you getting under control yet?

Yea!!!! I am soooo happy for you! I knew you would but I know this must be an exciting moment. What is causing your hypertension? Family history...because your in awesome shape. Sorry this is the nurse in me coming out. Well take care of yourself and I hope you can get back to teaching soon!

Hey girl,
How are things going with you? I think I am pretty much back to normal from the ankle now. Or at least I am back to the same weight I used to do. Now I am just trying to be patient waiting for my assessment results. Well..good luck!

Hey Girl,
I had a blast last night and yes I stayed for step. I love the new music and I almost never get to just take a class so it was exhausting but nice, since I taught Bodyattack yesterday morning. I hope things are getting better for you and you can get back to pumping soon. Talk to you soon.
