I just finished my Body Pump training this weekend in Columbia, MO and couldn't have asked for a better group of 'hey-hey rockstars', including my fellow participants and trainers, to complete it with!

My favorite quote of the weekend: (other than Terry coaching me like a Valley girl Barbie and Tara's "Can I get a hey-hey"...)

As for my life outside of the gym, I graduated with my masters in occupational therapy in May, just completed my clinicals by the end of June, and will enter 'the real world' when I begin my first 'big-girl job' in August. Until then, I'm enjoying my last summer off and can't wait to start teaching Pump!

Sara	Allie, Do you want to teach the 10:15 am class at north, (monday) i am in st. charles and want to stay another day... If you want to email me back, or call me at my parents ( 636-734-7922) I don't have a cell! Hey Allie,

I did teach a whole PUMP class by myself! Crazy - but a ton of fun. They asked me if I would sub a class until the regular came back. That's the best way for me to do it - learn it all and just get it out. No time to let if fall threw the cracks that way.

Let me know how it goes when you teach 5 through 10. The cool down is no big deal just let the music speak. Say just enough to let it land and then zip up your lips:O)
