Ok - My wife got tagged and said there weren't 6 interesting things that people would like to know about her. So, I figured I would do the honors.

1) Amy was an all-state Cross Country runner in high school.

2) Amy was an all-state Solo and Ensemble Flute player.

3) Amy is an incredible target shooter. Don't upset her when she has a gun in her hands.

4) Amy is incredible at interior design. Esp. making truly amazing decorations for next to nothing.

5) She has a horse named Cheerios.

6) She is married to the goofiest guy in the world.


Hey Everybody. My name is Amy. By day I am a band director and at night I am the Group Fitness Manager at Gold's Gym Waco and teach RPM, Pump, Step, and soon to be adding Attack and Flow.

My husband and I have a very spoiled yellow lab name Sasha and terrier/chihuahua mix named Buttons. Both are convinced they are human. We also have 4 sugar gliders. Anyone need a small pet? (or 2 or 3)

Boot camp was incredible! A big thank you to Kendall and Nate for their time and hard work. To all the steppers - YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Can't wait to see the team again. Like everyone else, I am still functioning at a level of sleep deprivation. At least we were only Buffaloed once!

The Memphis quarterly absolutely rocked! What a rush to get to shadow with Will, Nicole, Rodney, and Chris! As always, Kendall and Kili provided the guidance and motivation needed to take all the teams to a new level. I can't wait until New Orleans!

Conroe Steppers! YOU ALL ROCK! What an incredible team! Whether you were from Conroe, Corpus, Abilene, or Katy (YMCA) - (did I miss anyone?). It was inspiring and amazing to see you all work together and support each other. I had chills in challenge when you made the train. I can't tell you how privileged I felt to to meet and work with each of you. I can't wait to see everyone at a Q! Best of luck! ;)

Go Waco! The Waco Step training was incredible. Joella was awesome as always and all the steppers put it all on the line! Thank you for a great weekend. Please come visit -even if you were from Arkansas and haunted by a black bird....;) I hope to see and hear from you all soon! Work it baby!
