Hey there, Girlfriend!
Just wanted to give you a heads up... Kelli-girl has chicken pox! Can you believe it??? We saw Cheryl yesterday, and she's pretty sure that's what she has. Kelli even had the vaccine! It seems to be a mild case, though, but I did want to let you know. Cheryl said that she could have picked it up anytime in the past 21 days! Yikes! We've been a LOT of placed in the last 21 days! :)
Hope to see you either tomorrow or Monday!

Just checking in....seems I only see you as we are passing each other from the 8:15 class to the 9:30.......sure hope all is going well.
Since you are taping, that is a good sign. What did you think of your first tape? Did seeing it make it easier to do the second one today?

How did training go? Was it a killer weekend or what??? I didn't think I'd see you in class Monday... :)
Anytime you need to shadow, take a couple of tracks, tape, etc. you just let me know! :)

Wow I was not sure who Angela was, I am so happy you did the bodypump training, it is awesome isn't it. If you need help or want to shadow with someone you can with me. I am teaching now on Wed 5:30am and Sat 7:15am, for Pat, while he is getting over his injury.
