I am a 46 year old mother of three. I have always felt it is important to take care of yourself by eating "right" and exercising. I have always done some type of workout Last year, my friend Nicole introduced me to her gym and the Les Mills bodypump program. I was hooked! Nicole and I are both training to be instructors. We are part of a supporting and encouraging team! They are the best!

Bodypump is awesome! I am psyched to become an instructor. I hope that people will come to my classes and feel as good as I do. My kids love it and it teaches them about having physical and mental strength...That's all good!

Cassondra	Hey thanks! I'm glad to hear that things are all good. I hear ya on how everything changes. I forget did you say that you moved your oldest daughter out to college? So what grade is your youngest daughter going into? Oh how did those cds work out? Let me know if you want any others. See you soon, hopefully.

Cassondra	Thanks! Class today was fun! And again you did Awesome!! Trust me I know how scary it is up there. Especially the microphone...I'm still not comfortable, but the only way to get past that is to do it. Also don't sweat the small things like missing a change...See ya Saturday.

Hey Hey! I'm glad to hear that you are feeling fine, I just didn't know if you were sick...but it's all good. So anything new with your hair then?? The cd was no problem, and I just finished burning BF 40 for you. :) If you are interested in any other LM cds let me know, as I will most likely have it! :P Sorry I missed class today, I had a dentist appointment.
