Qualified To Teach

I'm a BodyFlow and BodyPump instructor at The Workout Co. in Houma, LA. I'm also a mother of 2 boys, ages 3 & 5. They are really the ones that I started all of this for. I need to be in great shape to keep up with those guys:)
This weekend I passed the toughest intial training weekend yet, BodyCombat, with Lisa Gregory as our trainer. She was AWESOME! I had the pleasure of doing this training with my husband, John, who totally kicked butt.
I just love being a part of the Les Mills family and I am very passionate about my programs and my participants. I can't wait to start rockin' the house with Combat. It's such a rush to unleash my inner GRRRRR!!!

Leslie	Hi Ashley! Hope things are going GREAT! I talked with my cousin's wife on Father's Day, she loves your gym and the classes. She told me about the challenage, that is soo cool. I wanted to tell you the other day that ya'll look great. I love the way that you all work together and use each other's feedback to improve. I'm going to TRY to come for the launch Saturday. It makes me a little nervous to do my video in front of you guys but hopefully that will just drive me to do better and make an awesome video. I wish I lived closer so I could come practice with you more. Well good luck if I don't see you Saturday.

Leslie	Hey! Congrats on passing Body Combat. I was looking for you and others from the training but it's hard to find people. we just started at a new club Manhattan Athletics. It's great. Looking forward to attack.

Anidas	I'm not too bad off today.. My shoulder hurts a little, but other than that I am good.. Even went over 5 tracks this morning after Pump. I'm getting slightly addicted to this Combat stuff. HAHA!! I'll find some good pics of you from the Launch, and send them your way. By the way, do you want that CD of pics back? I'm just sitting here holding it not even thinking... LOL...
