Hi Ashley! Funny anecdote: After my Attack class, the participants and I were chatting and they kept saying, "You are such a rock star! You have the best endings to the tracks!!" Ha ha :-) It's all about the fab finishes!

Sounds like everything went really good in Champaign! I so wish I was there to see ya! Our Body Pump College was good though they have changed so much stuff I tell ya....still would have been better to be with you! Hope you get to come back this direction soon and I get to see ya! Miss ya lots!

Hi Ash! How's it going?
Two team teachings down, two to go - unfortunately can't do them as often as I'd like to but they're coming. Should be flying solo 1st of October so I can start doing my mock classes for filming while we get it on the schedule.
Ordered a black jersey with gold letters, it has "BodyAttack" on front and "Javier" across the back with a big ol' "61" in the middle - thought it'd be good for my video.
How's TX?! Hope you are well!

Ashley.....I've decided you should just come to Champaign again this weekend just so we can all ATTACK together again! You can make us do the beep test and the challenges and everything! WE MISS YOU!!!!
So anyways, I was waiting for my little BODYATTACK symbol to show up on my profile. I noticed that everyone else's has and I was racking my brain to try to figure out why mine isn't up yet. I think it is because my last name has changed since the last time I did a training. Anything I need to do to fix that problem??

Ooooh, guess who just taught her first FULL Attack class?? :-) Chorey was right on, but I can't make any promises about the technique... Let's just say, I thank GOD there wasn't a camera on me! I've decided to set one technique focus (or two) for each class and today's was toy soldier. Straight legs!! Question for you: how important is it to be on the same foot as the presenter on the DVD for the running track?

Ashley! I miss you already... come back (pronounced with a MIDWESTERN accent!)! I am super excited to start teaching! Peter has set up some crazy schedule with all of us to team teach and have our taping done by the end of Oct! He is a beast! I hope to send you my "distinction" (wink wink) tape in the mail when I submit for assessment... gotta make our attack mama proud!

I love and miss my Ashley!! You are such a tender-hearted (yet tough) trainer, the best of both worlds :-) I hope to keep connected even though we're far apart. And remember, if you're ever "fixin'" to come up to Champaign, you've got a place to stay!

Hey girl!
Thanks again for showing us how it's done here in Champaign (Urbana). You rocked our world! Hands down, best training I have been to- bum ankle and all. I hope you can continue to do this for a long time, because I can't think of a better trainer to teach the next generation of Attackers.
