Hey girl! It is so good to hear from you. It sounds like things are going well for you.
It was absolutely ridiculous at the taping for the classes - the energy, just as a participant, was - well there just aren't words for it!!! I'm sure that with your technique and positive caring attitude you are always packing the room at your club :).
I'm hoping you will be coming to Chicago - it should be a great Q - Susan and Steve from New Zealand - WOW and most of the US program coaches too!!! I'm afraid when its my turn to present words might not come out of my mouth ;0.
Chat soon,
Laura

Hey girl! So good to hear from you - I miss seeing you at quarterlies. It wasn't the same without you last round! :) Next round I hope I see you. At least for sure in Chicago.
BP is so important I think - it's definitely not my favorite - the movement classes like BA and BS are my passion - but BP is the core to Les Mills. I teach it to continue strength training b/c I know otherwise I won't do it! :)
As far as presenting but not training - that's a tough one. They feel strongly that the presenters should be the ones out in the trenches with the instructors and really doing the dirty work. The quarterlies are like the "icing on the cake" but the real work comes form being out in the field doing the trainings. I am not sure if you can present without training - I think there may one or two that do that. If I were you I would shoot Kendall an e-mail and ask her opinion. I train only about 1 weekend a month now b/c I was out on the road so much I needed to get a life. I also know the travel would be very hard when you have a family. I think you would be great if you decide to do it!
Keep in touch with me and let me know what's going on. Can't wait to see you again.
XO
Jo

Hi Manal
Great to "meet" you, this website is so addicting
I will definitely look you up if I'm ever in Milwaukee (speaking of Milwaukee, I was just on a conference panel with the former district attorney from Milwaukee County who prosecuted Jeffrey Dahmer)
4 programs is a lot but I love BP it was my first program and Combat is actually my favorite of all, but I love BS and BA too, what's not to love
Have a LesMillsRific Day!

Hey Manal,
Salam to you and to your little family. I’m Achraf from Morocco and student in Paris. I’m also an attack addict. I practice other LesMills programs but it’s during attack that I reach the nirvana.
Kiss to your lovely children and keep up the hard work.

Hey there-
Great to meet you too!
No- I only teach BP and BJ
The club I am the director for has all of those programs. They messed up my profile with my clubs so it shows all the programs we offer. I do have instructors though that teach 4+ formats- it can make you crazy especially when some of the releases use the same songs...
Take care,
Andrea
