Qualified To Teach

Hey Everyone,

I have been teaching since December 2007 and it just keeps getting better and better. I am now certified in BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT and RPM. I have a great admiiration for anyone that is an instructor in the fitness industry. I have seen the difference that can be made in the lives of the participants in class. This (teaching) is a journey that I am excited to continue with and expect greater things.

The Les Mills Programs are an awesome way to stay fit. I have seen tremendous results in my personal fitness just by keeping up with the classes.

I advise anyone that reads to give it a try and see the results for yourself.

Always Remember:

THE TASK AHEAD OF YOU IS NEVER AS GREAT AS THE POWER BEHIND YOU. (EPHESIANS 6:10)

disculpa ke no te halla contestado he andado mucho en la calle, ya fuimos dos veces a matamoros, mexico a visitar a mi familia y aparte hemos andado en houston y austin. pero ya tengo trabajo asi es ke ya no vamos a poder escaparnos como antes.
todavia estoy dando clases en el gimnacio los martes a las 5:15 am, y de hecho voy a trabajar ahi tambien como fitness tech, stoy muy emocionada.
me doy cuenta ke ya tienes 3 certificaciones ke buena onda felicidades. cuidate mucho ke Dios te bendiga a ti y tu familia.

Well, I am glad to know that you and your family are safe and well.

Isn't Combat 36 just amazing?? Erin, myself and another instructor launched it and it was SOO much fun! I know what you mean about not having time to focus on your video. I'm finally getting around to semi-actually focusing on it.

Erin and I had talked about going down there for the Q. We missed the last one and we thought about going to Denver (I LOVE LOVE LOVE DENVER), but McAllen would make more sense. So hopefully we can, but I'm not 100%. Are you going to go?

Hey Arnold!!

Wow i am totally impressed with you!! You Rock!! 3 Certifications now! Are you teaching any RPM yet? I love that program and can not wait for our gym to get that.
Everything is going great here, i teach anywhere from 3-5 Pump classes a week and 5 Spin, so i am always at the gym. The girls are doing great they are all teach also. ANA and Sara have the lovely 5;15am classes.
My kids have kept me busy all summer also with all of their activities, i am ready for them to go back to school so we can slow down a little.

Your right the Dark Knight was awesome!! I think Christian Bale is the best Batman ever!!
