Bernadette

Hey everyone! My name is Bernadette. I'm 26 years old and live in Tucson, Arizona.

I'm a full time therapist working with adolescents with substance issues. I'm also a full time grad student working on my Master's in Counseling at University of Phoenix. I graduated from the University of Arizona (Go Cats!) in 2006 with my Bachelor's in Psychology.

After work, the heels come off and the gloves come on! Professional by day, fighter by night! I train in Muay Thai. I've been doing this for 2 years now. I'm stronger both physically and mentally. What can I say, I love to fight. Let's spar sometime!

I'm in the process of becoming a certified instructor for BODY COMBAT. I absolutely love this class! I love how it incorporates different forms of martial arts. As an instructor, I want to reach out to people and make them realize they CAN change their bodies! We are all fighters in life and even though it gets rough, we must never give up. Staying strong 'til the end!

I just completed the initial training (it was intense, but so much fun!). Thanks to everyone at training for making it such an awesome experience! I will be attending the program intensive on August 29th with Rach!
