Hey everyone!

I drank the Les Mills kool-aid for the first time last July at my initial training for BODYPUMP, and it has seriously changed my life! I LOVE IT! Who knew group fitness could be this fantastic?! I've been an instructor for over two years now, starting out just doing freestyle step and now, having become a full-blown Les Mills addict, cannot imagine life without Les Mills!

In my other, non-fitness life, I'm an office administrator for a construction company in Rockville. Hmmm, this is the part where I used to list my other hobbies and interests, but let's face it - LM has kind of taken over my life by now! ;-) I speak Italian (sometimes), I like to sing (although the only place I do it now is in class!), and if you talk to me for longer than five minutes, I'm fairly certain that I will blather on and on about the other love of my life, Drew!

TURN IT UP - EVERY TIME, EVERWHERE!!!! :-)

Bill	Howdy Beth :-) it was fun seeing you at Liz's BC class on Monday, even if you didn't growl when doing the claw :-( You and Shara did a great job on BS 72 on Tuesday, especially given how hot the room was. 'tis a shame you're scheduled on Thursday again Joella's BA. I'm sure I'll see you around though. Bill

Howdy Beth :-)
I just wanted to say it was great to see you at RTS for BodyStep yesterday (and thanks for a fun launch last week). I'm glad you were there to help Anjali give a high energy BS 72 performance.

I'm usually out there at RTS on Saturday's when Anjali is there.

If Kristin and Jessica go through with their plan to teach BodyAttack 46/48 on Sat August 2 I'll be there otherwise I'll come bug Anjali.

You're definitely more confident than the time you were teaching and Joella showed up a while back.

Liz	Hi Beth -- How were your launches!! I'm sure you rocked the house. BC is awesome! I taught 2-5 tonight at Rville Golds with Anjali. This was my 2nd time teaming. Only a couple of really minor mistakes. I will be teaching BC again Thurs and Sunday... I am sooooo tired after class -- this release is hard. -Liz
