It was so good to see you. You look amazing and your smile is so infectious. I never knew someone who just radiates positive energy like you do.

I heard from Laura you got an award - congrats! You deserve it. I'm sure the other instructors really look up to you.

Can't wait to get the chance to "hang out" again together. I teach the new BA tonight in one of our clubs - thank God I'm not doing BS directly before it though! ha ha

Hi Becca! I heard your voice, looked up, and there you were. It was just so nice to see you. Last year at this time, you and Horst had just gone through Combat training....I trust that it has been an amazing ride.
