Hi BJ,

Yeah - I was bummed we couldn't make it this time around. Too expensive to go every quarter and I was also busy this past weekend. I'm not sure I'll make the next one either. Maybe in the spring.

I hope this one was fun! I'm not crazy about the BP 71 music but maybe it will grow on me. Was it better in person? How about the rest of the programs?

Thanks for the support! Would absolutely love to have you guys come down. I'll keep you posted. I'm almost there. Just a couple more things to do.
I feel for your leg. One of my instructors in my old club got a stress fracture. She has some issues going on with her bones anyway but was out for 8 weeks. It was horrible. I'm really getting ansy about teaching. Really looking forward to getting back in the mix and developing a world class team within the company.
Let's keep in touch. I think I am familiar with your club. What's the name of it again? The low options were always there, they were just never promoted or talked about. We've had a lot of overweight/underfit people do the class and they stick with all of the low options during the whole class and love it. Give it a try and see what happens.
