Hey there
Soooo nice to hear your words. Especially from a fulla. We are so happy with Gracie in our lives. 66 was just possibly the most happiest I have ever been (and the heaviest ha ha ha) and I just used mummy power to show the world its totally cool to be a mummy and be fit and strong.
Take care
Susan

Hi Brian,
Thanks for the note. I just got home from teach BP for a sick instructor. I fill in a lot. I did Prison Pump tonight (with a costume). People really enjoyed it. I do a lot of theme nights. I will fill you in on that.
I would love to design an Abs routine with you. I am always trying to keep the class exciting. I have some limitations. In fall, my class will go up to about 35-40 people. I only have 40 mats in the room and only have hand weights. We have lots of equipment but not 40 of anything but the weights. I am planning on releasing a new routine on Wednesday Oct. 1. They already put it on the schedule for Fall.
My 30 minute class follows "boot camp" on Monday and BodyAttack on Wednesday. Nothing follows the Friday class. I have about 5 minutes to clean up and get the room ready for the next class.
I really enjoyed your comments about incorporating agility and power training. We are all over the place when I put a routine together; sitting, standing laying on our front, back, working on balance etc.. I always hold a class using the new routine with the personal trainers at the Y to get input and suggestions.
Send your E-mail and I will respond with mine. I will also fill you in on my day job which should give you good laugh or a stroke.

Hi Brian,
I see you teach an abs class. I have been teaching BP and a 30 minutes abs class for the last 6 years. Currently I teach 5 classes a week. I was teaching 8 but it was to much with working full time at my day job. Do you plan your abs class from scratch? I have modeled mine after the Les Mills format. It seems to work. I am always looking for new moves, music and ideas. Hope you have a great weekend. Ron.
