I'm married with 3 children(22, 19 and 7). I've been married to my lovely wife Paula (26 years!). She is the person who got me started with the Les Mills programs.

I've always been a gym rat and thought I was in good shape, until I did BodyPump. The first class kicked my butt. I've been a BodyPump Instructor since 2003. I'm also a martial artist and received my Black Belt in Okinawan Shori_Kempo in 1986.

Rules to live by:
1) Stand up for yourself.
2) Clean up your own mess.
3) Take care of your body.
4) Protect and defend those who need it.

Mike	It was great to see you again bro. Man, Sunday went by so quick, I feel I hardly had a chance to say hi and spend some time with my friends. Amber	Just bouncing back after the Q here in Woodbury at our Gold's. Was great, as it always is and enjoyed hosting it! Was a little disappointed not to see any of you Wisconisn folk there. I'm sure you are all planning to attend the Chicago Q. You will see several of the MN crew there, however, I will not be able to attend it this year. Have a great time and turn it up!!!
