Hey girl! Glad to hear that all is going well with your new position..... 3 programs.... that is fantastic!!
Hard to believe it has been a couple of months now since the wedding....wow, time flies! All is going well.
I would absolutely love to help you out with the launching if I can.
Hopefully we can catch up by phone sometime in the near future. Maybe I can stop by and check out the Universities fitness center!

Hey girl,
It's been awhile. So glad to here your loving Pump. Very cool! Wish I was coming to your neck of the woods for Flow, but my hubby has been in Iraq all summer, so I took myself off the training calendar till he returns. Just a couple more weeks.....whew! It's been stressful to say the least.
Hopefully you can make it the "Q" in New York. That will be one smashing inspirational party for sure.
Keep the passion firing my friend. Your sure to change many lives! :)

Hey girl! Yes, it is Angie... old club coach for Les Mills. good to hear from you. I have been busy teaching in Salisbury.. brought 3 programs to Olympia! Classes are going great.
Not doing management. I actually am waiting on a job offer from a pharmaceutical (nutritional) company. My wedding is coming up quickly.... September in Ocean City on the beach! Hope you are having a fantastic summer, and I am sure we will finally catch up in person one of these days!!

Hey Kristen. I am going to be up in Bethany from June 28 until July 13th. Just wondering if you are going to be teaching at the Golds in Rehobeth at all. Have you started learning release 45? Maybe we can get together and practice some time. April will be there too from June 30th until July 3rd. Do you happen to know anyone who babysits around the beach area?
