My name is Brent McLemore and I am a US National Trainer for BODYATTACK and BODYSTEP. I also work with the Les Mills West Coast Agency in San Diego, CA as a Club Coach. I have a great passion for Les Mills and what the company represents and sets out to achieve.

UPDATE---

I can't even begin to describe how amazing, inspiring and life-changing the Global Summit 2008 was. I met so many great people and had so many unforgettable experiences. I love what I do! BS 72 is off the charts and is going to go off. Get ready for it! Kendall and Kili did a fantastic job representing the US in BA and BJ. The releases are both off the hook. Got the flu bug at the end of my stay and had to take it with me to Perth, Australia for the Quarterly. Needless to say, I pushed onwards and had an amazing time. The instructors in Aussie are so awesome and were so welcoming. It was a highlight and I will hope to go back in the near future. Thanks to Dione and the Aussie Trainer Team there.

I will hope to see some of you out at the upcoming Q's in March. It is off to Utah then San Francisco for Mania and our West Coast Q from there...then over to ATL for the South East Workshop. Get ready, the new relases are going to explode with energy.

Keep up the great work out there and make this year the best one ever.

Donna	Hey Brent! How are you acclimating to The Bay Area? I'm sure you'll love it here. Check out Stella's in North Beach for awesome cannoli and Fort Funston on the coastal side (near SF State) for beach time with doggie. Looking forward to getting more LM around here! donna

I am SOOOOO excited to see your name for BS for this coming NEQ! I kept missing you here (NE) and there (San Diego). I hope you've recovered from your illness (how long ago was that...?) I have been training hard for the past 6 months and would love to show you how much I've improved! Darren, my initial BS trainer, saw me BSing at the last Q, and gave me very good evaluations. Sorry it has taken me amonth to get back to ya, been busy since last month with work, LMSC Q, b-day reminders and such. My St. Patrick's Day and Easter where Great! What about you, how was your's and Michelle's St. Patrick's Day and Easter? Did you get the region office moved yet and get settled in? Hope to hear back from ya soon.
