My name is Brent McLemore and I am the US Program Coach for BODYATTACK, I am also a US National Trainer for BODYATTACK and BODYSTEP. I work with the Les Mills West Coast Agency in San Francisco, CA as a Club Coach. I have a great passion for Les Mills and what the company represents and sets out to achieve.

UPDATE-------

Right in the midst of holiday bliss! Looking forward to a great holiday and awesome New Year celebration. The filming for BODYATTACK 68 was nothing short of amazing. I had a fantastic time with our blackjack lineup team and we were rolling high all week long. So excited that I will get the honor of doing it again for BODYATTACK 70 in April, so for any of you guys going over to attend the filming at that time, I will see you there.

The last round of quarterlies for the year were top notch. We tore it up in Las Vegas and had the chance to see a couple of our trainers who had never been to Vegas get lost in the city of sin. We all went to a Cirque show as well and had an amazing time.

The New Year is sure to be full of chances to make more long lasting memories and I will hope to connect with you out in the scene in 2010!
