Thanks Aspen Health Clubs in Des Moines, Iowa!! Courtney and team, I hope to do a great job and help Maria bring a rockin' Pump Training to your area!! Hopefully the butterflies in my stomach will chill and allow me to present without being a nervous wreck!!

Gold's Gym Woodlands/Magnolia Grand Opening is only a few weeks away!! We are so excited and (no pun intended) PUMPED for this event!! We have the best facility with an amazing Group Ex room equipped with state of the art sound system etc.!!! Come visit if you're in our little neck of the woods!

That being said - the Les Mill's family is full of them!

I spent years as a Competitive Gymnast and a few more as a competitive dancer. Those days taught me valuable lessons in self-discipline and determination. I hope that my passion for being the VERY BEST that you can be will touch at least one person every time I put that music on and take the "stage" so to speak.

Les Mills has started a global movement and we all make up the fabric of a tightly woven family to help change the lives of the un-motivated and maybe depressed and overworked population. Let's keep it comin! I only wish I had discovered the programs at a much younger age.
