Hey! Good to hear from you, no worries about launch but you missed a great time... I just got back from Michigan so I will be staying here for the next while working on our BODYFLOW launch. We are hoping to be ready very soon!! Stay in touch though and I will let you know when we head over that way. Good to talk to you again.

Hey sista!!
Just saw your post from last month...any word on a Chi-town move...or at least a visit?
I am teaching at Gold's Gym in Joliet...it is a little bit of a hike, but I have Attack back in my life (in addition to Step) and it is a great (but small) team of instructors, so I am having a good time!

Thought that was you yesterday, but thought my eyes were playin' tricks on me!! You should have came down. The 74 release is rockin' and I know you would love it!! You are more than welcome to use mine, and I bet Shawn and Schonda have it too. It was great to see you, sorry I did not get to talk after class. I looked for you, but you must have left. Please keep in touch...we need to get together. Good luck at the Y, tell the old gang I miss them all.

Hey lady! It's so good to hear from you! The 6 amers are doing great. You should of heard them groan the first time they did the new release! It was priceless. They all miss you. I'll be sure to tell them you said hi. Glad to hear things are going well at the Y! I want to get over there and take some classes so I can catch up with everyone. Carlene - Why aren't you at Newtone? You probably don't know who I am, but I'm instructing at Newtone and I will always remember taking your class because you would sing and have the music rockin'. I always enjoyed taking class from you. Hope all is well.
