Yes, I am a Crazy BodyPumper Instructor and have been for 5+ years and I will not change because I Love what I do and I Love hanging out with other Fun, Energetic and Trustworthy People!!
I Believe in being Humorous but Up Front & Honest with All Instructors and Members at Any Club I teach at and other COOL Les Mills Instructors. This is what Makes a Difference in All our Lives!
I enjoy meeting the Members at the Clubs and seeeing their Commitment to their Personal Workout and to see them help others in the Classes especially the LES MILLS Classes. It's Great to hear their stories of where they have been and what they have gone through and where they will be and what they will Achieve!
On a PERSONAL NOTE:
For 19 Wonderful years (in June) I have been w/ my Lovable & Funny Husband "Graylen" {he was named after a Soap Opera Doctor}, we have only been Married for 14 yrs. (in June) [I had to make sure he was the one]. I still love my Man and I love my 11 year old son "Graylen, Jr" especially when he is asleep! (haha)

They live in Austin now but drove up on a Wednesday night, OCTOBER 24th and SURPRISED the H...L out of us by showing up and taking the
B O D Y P U M P & B O D Y F L O W Launch and drove back to Austin after that. Candace and I were jumping and screaming acting Crazy because we were so excited to see them. We forgot to act like adults :-)
Wow, we love you two and you both made our Launch Unforgetable!!
ps: Hey you two, I LOVE my New Zealand t-shirt, I wear it all the time and tell others who gave it to me and where it came from and what it represents!

1. I was born in France then lived in Louisiana, California and Alaska before moving to Texas.

2. I can tell if some one is not Honest by looking at their facial expressions, body language and choice of words, sadly I have been trained in this for a long time.

3. I just completed the BodyVIVE training on Dec. 2nd with the PHENOMENAL Karen Torrell, the BEST of the Best Trainers, she should be the LM National Program BODYVIVE Coach!!!

4. I will do what it takes to make Others Happy, for example: What is Best for the Club, Members, Instructors & Program. Will not change things for one person but will change things for all, if all benefit from it.

5. I have been skinny all my life until I met my husband, who persuded me that I do not need to teach or workout, little did he know. Gained lots of weight when I had my son and dealt with years of unnessary stress from other people in my job. New Life & Job - Starting to lose weight again, Thank You God!

6. Being a GFC for 8+ years for Big & Small Clubs (not a GFM right now-drama story later) I still remember what a Former GFC that I Admired told me when I first became a GFC:
"You can not make everyone happy -Members, Instructors, Corp.Mgmt. and Owners- but you can do your Best and that's what counts".
