Who told you that I rocked in JAM? Could it have been a little birdie? Ya, actually it was an unforgettable experience especially the fitness challenge. Great stuff my friend, and I can already feel the pressure of two tapes, but you know what, I know that I can do this and I will because I am in control of this right!!! Hey Carrie,
Just got back yesterday from Corpus Christi...I had so much fun learning BodyJam 45..it is rockin'!! As far as RPM is going..I have my tracks down, I have only subbed a few classes, but for the most part will be getting myself out there more to better prepare for my video. What did I get myself into, now I have two videos I have to submit within a month span from each other. Oh well, you know me I looooooove pressure. Talk to you soon.

Howdy Carrie :-)
It was great to meet you today when you team taught BodyAttack with Joella at Rockville Town Square. You are a lot of fun and the class was even more of a blast than usual!
It was especially fun to get to do track 9 from release 48 :-) How far back do you know?
I've never been to Texas but if I get out there hopefully I can find some of your classes. I definitely want to know if you're visiting the great DC area and teaching in the future. That is a long list of formats you teach.
