Yeah Carrie I'm down, you know i have to do track 3, not sure on the rest. Being that we have to switch mic's i guess i'll do the first half if that's cool, well talk before hand.

hey! things are great here. im taping today! hopefully it will be good, but ill prob tape a couple more times. i really want to get it over with though so i can dedicate more time to learning bp 67. we launch next thursday and i really want to be part of that. hope everything is going well with you!

On Saturday the tape didn't work :-( Error messages are not fun!

But Sunday went well (minus a temporary brain freeze in which I made the class repeat one of the toughest move over and over until I got back on track). I'm just so glad to have it done. The most painful part was watching the video and seeing everything I need to work on!

yep he was a little "under the weather". I have a few pics of Mike and Nathan struttin'. It was a good time and I actually knew alot of the guys there. It was like an abs class reunion.

Carrie! How are you? I taped on Monday! I can't wait to send it in and be done with it. I'm sure I'll get critiqued like crazy, but I'm just glad it's done. Now I have to take it easy and repair a back injury (I tore a disc, I think about 6 months ago . . .but it has gotten really bad :((). I'm so bummed because I have been loving pump!

Anyway, you take care and let me know how you're doing :)
