Qualified To Teach

I have been in the fitness industry since I'm 15 years old, more than half my life! My husband owns and operates a Gold’s Gym in Paramus NJ. Fitness has always been part of my life, but not until Les Mills came along have I had the courage to follow my dreams and actually stand on the opposite side of the room, and instruct instead of being a participant. I am body pump & combat certified, and love them both in their own ways. It is a privilege & honor to get up in front of my class every week, and have the opportunity to change someone’s life. Life is about loving & believing in something 110% and giving your heart & soul to it. Other than my family, my love & dedication to the program is the most important thing in my life. Believe in yourself & never give up on your dreams. Kia Kaha, Stand strong!

Heather	Hi Lori! Saw your profile on Dana's page. I'd love to get up there to the Paramus gym. I've seen photos, on the Gold's Gym site, and it looks awesome. When do you launch BC37? We're doing it, next month, so I've gotta step up the workouts, especially for track 6! Heather

Attack training - good luck!
Um, Bayonne is just a little further, from JC but I think less confusing than downtown JC.
You should def come to his attack taping, i know it is late for a mom though! Just kidding.
I submitted my tape, it is a tape i did in the beginning of May...
So we will see how it goes.
We invite you to our road trips but you are always busy...i.e. last Q and this coming Q.
Hopefully you will be able to make one of them.

Katie	Actually I can't. Mer, Angel and I are going to the DCAC convention down in DC from Friday to Saturday. So I won't be around. But I will be there for his Attack tape. You should go. It is not far from Angel's gym. Talk to you soon.
