Hey Lady! Been missing your posts also! I do stop by to read the actives every coupla days, but I've been soo busy also.
Great to hear about your training for a half marathon. I'm guessing it's in late Sept or early Oct? That's the season.
BJ44 was ruf on me, too bouncey. Especially that single, single, double to the side bit.
One of our gals showed me some of the pix in her BJ45 booklet the other day, and telling me about the gold shorts! Killi is soo hot.

Thanks for the Birthday wishes. Driving is great, I'm getting better by the day so I'm always up for the challenge! :)

Meeting Rach is an understatement, don't get me wrong she is amazing, and I can't wait to see her in person; but ALL the P.D.s are going to be in N.Y. in August for the biggest event EVER to hit the U.S. They are going to be there for a Super Q, and I can't wait. I don't know if you have tickets if you are/were interested, but if you don't and want to go you better hurry!

That is a lot of classes and a lot of work!

I is important to recover properly. I think that is why I have been lucky all these years w/ my joints from teaching .

Sometimes I think I baby myself so I don't over do it. I feel like exercising all day if I did not have the foster kitties at home.

Is it a 3 hr or 2 hr difference. It is 10:47am in NY

It is a bittersweet feeling when fostering kittens and cats . Tough to bring them back to the shelter after socialization.... and shariing a lot of good cat naps in the afternoon!

Love the pics of Ted and Willamena! You look like you are having a great time w/ the LM programs. Everyone seems so involved within their gyms. I like when members in the gym are helpful to each other and bond knowing that we are all looking for better health with various goals.

I am x-cited about Release 66 . It kicks BUTT, and legs (THOSE LUNGES!!!!!!) and tris.....etc..

How is your training going for the 1/2 marathon? I think it doesn't matter if you run and/ or walk it is the accomplishment and effort that matters!!!!!!

I remember the "music teacher" in elementary school.And that was a long , long time ago!! I am sure your students will remember you too!You sound very nrgetic and fun. Her name was Miss Bertone ( I thought it was odd thather last name has tone in it and now that I think of it..baritone!) I cannot sing well. In high school , I audition for Westside Story. Usually they have dance auditions first then singing. They switched it.....I was out!!!! :(

I hope you , family and friends are doing well . I saw and read stories about the flood . It has to be horrific. The only thing I have experience close to that is 911 in NY. So much sadness and pain.

You sound happy.and I wish everyone well in Iowa!
