WEST COAST Q in LAS VEGAS, baby! Went w/my BP buddy, Kathy - had an awesome time trying to do all the classes - but by the end of the day, after going for greatness in BC, BA, RPM, BP and BF, we had barely enough left to sit & watch Jam!
The presenters were inspiring, w/energy through the roof! (THANKS WEST COAST TEAM!!)

EXCITED & GEARING UP TO LAUNCH BP#66!
***********************************************

Kia Ora from "the O.C."!
Les Mills has blown new life into my sails!

I've been teaching aerobics for over 30 years! O.K - I know, I'm dating myself!! But I'm feeling fabulous at 51 (almost 52 - YIKES!!), and I'll continue to "GO 4 GREATNESS", Lord willing, for many more years!
In addition to group fitness, my passions include snow skiing, water skiing, and keeping up w/my kids (19 yr old daughter and 21 yr old son). Oh, and I can't forget to mention LANCE - the love of my life & husband of 23 years. ("Lance Romance!")

I started teaching BODYPUMP 8 yrs ago (since the USA Launch Mix release, just before #33) and I absolutely love it!!
I teach 2-3 Pump classes per week with about 10-20 participants per class.
We "ROCK da HOUSE!"

I'm also teaching step interval & I'm a regular in spin class. I would love to get LM trained & teach RPM, BODYSTEP, or BODYVIVE, but unfortunately, Pump is the only Les Mills class going on at our gym - and in the entire South Orange County area, for that matter!
I would love to see more LM programs at our gym AND locally!

Pump is my favorite format! I'm so grateful for all the research and work that goes into each new BP release and am proud to be a part of such a high-energy and effective program! THANK YOU LM!!
(Now, just get on it with selling more of the LM programs to more of the gyms in South Orange County!!)

Some random facts about me:

1) I graduated from Cal State Long Beach w/a Bachelor's in Nursing and worked as a nurse for over 12 years. After having our 2nd child, I decided to be a "stay at home mom".

2) I grew up in Malibu Canyon with a Palomino Quarterhorse named "Butch" and a Black German Sheperd named "Bobby".

3) In 2001 I was hit head on by a drunk driver who was driving at approx. 50 miles per hour on the wrong side of the road. After 2 years of rehab I jumped "back in the saddle again!"

4) I'm an only child (and I know what you're thinking!)

5) My husband & I own and operate an appliance service company (ASAP Appliance Service) and I manage our business out of our home - so I'm probably sitting here - working away at my computer - and would welcome a Les Mills interruption from you - ANYTIME!

KIA KAHA!!
...and if you're ever in "The O.C." be sure to look me up at Fitness Elite in San Clemente or Laguna Niguel!

Availability

I've been blessed with an abundantly full schedule.
I'm not looking for anymore regular classes, but I'd love the opportunity to sub!

Also, I'm looking to get RPM and/or Bodystep trained.

Thanks for saying Hello! I miss California (lived in San Fran and LA) but Mississippi isn't so bad.

My wonderful husband keeps me grounded otherwise - outta here back to the WEST COAST!!!!!

Take care!

Hey BP Queen its nice to meet you too!

Yes I have been hearing that a lot about how its great having young blood but i cant really find anyone else! I have but just barley haha.

Thats great that you have been teaching BP for that long. I still remember my first BP class way back when haha..I think i was 10 or a bit older and they let me try it. Honstly, i absoluatly hated it. I threw a fit in squats and basicly threw the bar across the room. But that was then when i really didnt give a care to fitness and now i love everything about it, including BP! haha

Take care!

Hi BP Queen. ok, I must be tired (really pushing now toward my BA Video!) so I can't think of what O.C. stands for. and tell me about the BP Queen part of your name is for. I am going out to Bakersfield this fall to see my sister for the first time since she has moved out there (don't particularly want to visit Bakersfield, but since she is there, I will!) but I think that will be too far to come to one of your classes. You seem like a lot of fun! Thanks for the message!
