Qualified To Teach

Here in South Louisiana it is fall, and the cooler days are starting to tease us a bit with nice breezes and lower humidity. The heat and humidity typical to this area is not gone, but a promise of cooler days and night is in the air.

My teaching schedule is definitely rocking. Fired up members, working their hardest and in tune with you in the workout make me miss the time my real world job pulls me away.

Body Pump I trained on Celebration Release,#50.

Vive I trained on #1 Yes, Karen. Hips stacked on top of each other!!! GRIN

RPM I trained on #39 with Carrie Keppel and man am I excited. I've become addicted to RPM. Is there a ten step program for RPM junkies???

I usually ride 3 - 4 days a week! No better cardio in the world. The rush flows through you.

Hey Gary,

I'm doing Great, just super busy and of course Crazy!! Since the LM Birthday list keeps growing and growing, I started to fall behind on the reminders so badly that I ended up being six months behind on getting the them out. So I decided to only send out Birthday Wishes to every one. So if you need any of your friends B-day info, just let me know who and I will be glad to send you that info.
Hope your doing well, you should of came up to the Feb. Q, it was a Blast and of course Karen Torrell was Phenomenal!!

Hey Gary,

I'm doing Great, Thanks for asking and offering to help! The storm went East of Dallas & Ft. Worth but hit hard in Houston & Galveston. I know Instructors & Trainers in Houston, Mcallen, Katy. I have heard from a few that had only had to deal with no electricity for a week but I am concerned about the others and how the clubs held up for them. Well got to get bacik to work, can you tell everyone "Hi" for me and I will chat with everyone soon. Thanks.
