My name is CJ and hail from the UK. After many years of attending exercise classes, I decided to train as group fitness instructor myself and qualified in March 2007. It’s one of the best things I've ever done. I became a Les Mills Body Attack instructor in August 07, and found that I really enjoy teaching. I’m proud to be a part of the Les Mills family, helping others achieve their fitness goals.

My first passion is Body Attack, which I have been doing since 2004 but have just discovered Body Jam and have recently completed my initial training. The music is great and the moves are wicked!!! What a fantastic programme to be involved in.

My next module will probably be RPM, then Body Balance

hey CJ!

Thanks for the message! Its great to meet other les mill-ians. I am actually pretty new to Body Jam...in fact, our entire club is so new that we are launching the program next Saturday at a local club. It should be nothing short of amazing. Im loving it so far and can't wait to see where it all goes. I was luckily trained on 44, the worlds easiest release so im feeling pretty good about the video and such. How about yourself?
