Where and when do you teach Combat and Pump? My husband and I are vacationing in the UK next month and would love to see how the Brits do it!

No offence taken in any way, shape or form..
It's great the majority of your peeps are getting the abs, most of mine too..just avoiding those with injuries.
Rick's only come to one of my classes as he trains elsewhere, but we do catch up..
Personally, I love the ab track!!

Hi Kevin,
Thanks for your note!
Just launched our new releases today. BC40 rocks! Members found it a solid release with great music and lots of fun elements.
BB is a tough one with another great mix. BP pales in comparison with the other releases this quarter.
Have fun teaching the new releases!
Cheers,
Hui Ling

Hi Kevin,
New manager in at Sunderland - what do you think?
Actually its only abouot 2 months to the new season and two weeks to pre season training.
How's the exercise going?
I am doing more and more balance these days. Any tips on how to do te crab. I can do most things but that seems beyond me. I find the bridge pretty easy and not vewy challenging.
what are your predictions for next season?
best wishes,
Paul.

Hi Kevin,
Thaings are going pretty well thanks. Went to a fitness fiesta at hemsby recently and did a 10k run late April. Getting ready for the Blaydon race in June.
Seems my prediction of 38pts for saftey was almost spot on. It possible Sundeerland have enough points already but you need another 2pts to be absolutely certain.
No Europe for the Hammers but maybe that's a blessing in disguies because we are not equipped for a serious run in Europe.
How's things with you. Are you still enjoying combat?

Hi Kevin,
Sorry for teh delay in replying but delay is due toa combination of computer problems, travel and other assorted time constraints.
My sense is that 38 points should do it, but certainly 40 plus would be more comforting. Hopefully the winning streak will start after the visit to Upton Park.
Pump's going well - soon to do 69. Progress in the gym somewhat slower.
I am tempted by combat but in order to do it I wouild need to drop something else.
Out of interest what is the 10 hour challenge. SOund interesting if somewhat aunting. Next on my horizon are a 10k run at Blyth and the Blaydon Race.
Looks a racing certainty that at least 1 North East team is for the drop, possibly 2.
Hope all is well with you.
Paul.
