Time for a lil update I think!

Well, as of Friday 19th July, I've been made redundant as the gym I was working for went under :-(

BUT am always hopeful!

Setting up my own PT business and going freelance with my classes, as long as I'm teaching Combat (and hopefully, later, Vive) I'm a happy bunny!!

Have done the paperwork to declare myself self-employed, calling my company... FIGHT FIT!!!! ;-)

Well, Vive module over and done, I PASSED!!

Just waiting on some paperwork to go through with the local council and then I will be teaching Vive as part of their revamped timetable launch!

Thanks bud, Phil Harrison was my trainer, very good indeed.
Was up in your neck off the woods this week on a course before going offshore on Thursday so went to David Lloyds on wednesday night for pump and combat. The girl who teaches it was good (dark hair and glasses....didn't catch her name :-s) and the classes are busy, just a shame they don't join in a bit more....got to say i was quiet but stepping into a full class as a new face i didn't want to start whooping it up!!!
