WOW.....what a Super Q!!!! Words just can't describe it. And we were part of the biggest BODYPUMP class ever!!! What an honor to be amongst all the program directors. They are such inspiring, humble, down to earth people.

So here's how I got into the fitness biz: While I attended Purdue University (Boiler Up!), I was a middle blocker for their Division I volleyball team. During my many years as an athlete, I suffered some serious injuries to my knees and back. For this reason, when I finished playing, I was forced to keep in shape using only lower impact activities. Thus, I had to give up many of the organized sports I was involved in and work out mostly by myself in the gym......b-o-r-i-n-g! So I decided to venture into the group exercise room...I was instantly HOOKED!! And when the Les Mills programs came on board, I had found my calling. Shortly thereafter, I began teaching and have been ever since. I've been teaching BODYPUMP since 2004, RPM since 2005, and received my BODYFLOW cert. this past March. I'm also an ACE-certified personal trainer.

And now about my non-fitness job: Back in Oct. 2006, I earned my PhD in pharmaceutical sciences from Purdue (11 straight years of college—yikes!), and now I work full-time as an Associate Scientist for a pharmaceutical company in PA, in their Pre-Clinical Development group. Developing life-saving and life-enhancing formulations for patients is such a challenging and rewarding career, and I'm so blessed to be a part of it!

Fitness is truly my passion, and I am so thankful for and inspired by the LM programs: They are such a fun way to work out and an excellent way to build lifetime friendships, and they get bodies into the best shape of their lives!

One of the best things the LM programs have given me is my husband: I met Craig through a former health club I instructed LM programs at and convinced him to be a LM instructor as well. We absolutely LOVE sharing this amazing hobby together!

Bernadette	It's so good to hear from you! How are you two crazy kids? We miss you back in Indiana!! Things are going well. Millennium Park was amazing. The energy was incredible! It was so much fun to see all the new combaters enjoying themselves and getting a great workout! Keep in touch!

Dan Newgent	Wow, Millennium Park was amazing!!! We had over 100 people at the class and the feedback was great! We are still at the Levee with a great team minus you and Craig.
