Hi,
I am 18 years old and just completed my first les mills training which was Body Combat. I had never taken any Les Mills class before, but I have studied few different Martial Arts previous to my recent training. I've studied Olympic style Tae Kwon Do that was mixed with Judo and Jiu-Jitsu, also learned Capoeira and Muay Thai. I love every and all types of Martial Arts and plan to continue my studies further. Two major martials I would very much enjoy looking forward to studying would be Wushu and Ninjutsu. I also enjoy dancing. I mostly break dance and pop lock, but I'm open to try new types. I also love taking Body Flow and hope to go to the next training course that pops up around here.
