Hi R, how is your summertraining coming along? I have vacation now and the only things I have been doing the last couple of days are trainng in the morning, BP or BS and then in the afternoon gone to the beach : ) We have lovely weather here, 28-30 degrees and clear blue sky and lots of sunshine. Marvellous for Sweden, last year it was all rain all the time... I live 3 km from the gym and only 300 m from the beach : )
A week ago I was on Mallorca, and I really can recommend Megasportcentre in Palma, or just outside Palma. Near Ono Estadi where Real Mallorca plays, there is a perfect big and luxurious gym. I went there for BP and BS, they have more than 300 classes per week, and they do BP, BS and BC. Perfect and also a nice relaxdepartement, only 15 Euros per day for everything. You can take as many classes as you want, and nice instructors too. I went for Christina Alonso and Tomas Rodriguez both very good.
Mallorca is my favourite island and now its even better when I found that gym too : ) If you go there some time I can give you more information...
So what is going on in Uk nowadays then? I really hope you get to keep C Ronaldo over there : ) Man Utd is my team no 1 : ) and Lewis Hamilton in McLaren just flies away in the races now :) Perfect...

good luck on the transition (how exciting) I moved away from the midwest out to L.A. and then in LasVegas after I escaped from college. didn't last to long for me though and i'm back home in the middle of Illinois. hat's off to ya
:) oh and i don't know how the rules work for pictures but i would not post one of you holding a beer in your right hand while drinking it. you just might get buffalloed!!!

I'm well thanks hope u r also.Wow thats great your moving 2 Australia what made you both want 2 move here?I'm in Melbourne which is in Victoria,it's a while away from Perth.If you like the hot weather you will love Perth it's always quite warm there.As 4 Fitness Centres I'm not sure what Perth has but the Fitness First clubs are a big chain in Australia,Genisis Health Clubs & the Ymca's are pretty big 2.I mainly work at the smaller clubs here in Victoria.I'm sure you'll have no trouble trying 2 pick up some work,hope everything goes well with your big move.Best of luck & let me know how everything goes.Take care.
